Meet Allison Stephens
Providing compassionate, expert midwifery care for over 35 years.
My Philosophy
You deserve support that feels safe, respectful, and centred entirely around your individual needs. It is a profound privilege to be invited into your home during this vulnerable, extraordinary time.
My Journey & Experience
With more than 35 years of experience as a Midwife and 25 years as an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I have dedicated my career to supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks of parenthood.
Over the decades, I have worked in a wide variety of clinical and community settings across the Sunshine Coast region, gaining deep insight into the unique adjustments, joys, and challenges that come with bringing a new baby home.
How I Work With You
I believe that there is no "one right way" to parent or feed a baby. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to provide the clear, evidence-based clinical guidance and compassionate reassurance you need to reach your own goals.
Whether we are working together to resolve a complex breastfeeding attachment challenge, navigating early infant sleep cycles, or conducting routine clinical checkups for your peace of mind, you can expect a calm, unhurried, and non-judgmental presence.
